Lower My Bill has no accounts and stores nothing about you. A request carries only the type of bill or provider you ask about, and we don't keep it or link it to you.
We never ask for your account number, address, income or any personal details. The answers are call scripts for you to use yourself and links to official assistance programmes. When you apply on those sites, their own privacy policies apply.
The site runs on Cloudflare, which may keep standard technical logs under the Cloudflare privacy policy. No tracking, ads or profiles.
